Intelligent waste management
iWaste was established in 2013 by Sam Prentice and Sam Mountain. After many years working in waste management, they recognised a distinct lack of industry-wide customer service. With iWaste, Sam and Sam have sought to remedy this with innovative processes and enhanced client services.
This forward-thinking and modern approach has gained iWaste a reputation as one of the UK’s most trusted WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment) management companies. We provide waste collection products and recycling services to SMEs and large enterprises like 3M, Arqiva and BP Oil, and public sector organisations like the NHS.
We don’t just talk green; we act green too. Our mission is to divert waste from landfill and reduce our clients’ carbon footprint. With the help of the Woodland Trust, for every 20 tonnes of waste we collect and recycle from our clients, we plant a tree in woodland near to them, on their behalf.
As an AATF (Approved Authorised Treatment Facility) we are licensed by the Environment Agency; the highest accreditation in the waste industry. We work in partnership with the UK’s 6 leading compliance schemes to guarantee the safe and secure destruction of electronic waste. iWaste is also a trusted supplier to large national waste companies like Biffa, Sita, Business Waste, 707 Waste Management and SWR, helping to bolster their service.
